🔹 Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and the general public
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or safety violations
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Respond to emergencies and alarms, ensuring appropriate action is taken
- Collaborate with law enforcement and first responders when necessary
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
🎓 Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer and report writing skills
- Previous security experience is a plus, but not required; we provide comprehensive training
