31 years ago today around 5pm, Anthony, aged 17, was fatally shot as he crossed the old Jones Ave footbridge over the Commuter Rail line on his way home from school. He was found at the /

According to his death certificate, Kelsey was married, and worked as a “wrecker.” He was born in Georgia. RIP.
